Chelsea Townhouse

A severe case of empty nesting led to Design Support being asked to transform a classically decorated, period, family home into a stylish and grown-up but understated Chelsea townhouse. The once overly child-friendly kitchen became a relaxed but sophisticated and flexible entertaining space. Bespoke joinery in the sitting room and master bedroom created a seamless transition between the classical period proportions of the property and the contemporary design scheme, as well as providing practical but stylish storage (specifically for an extensive shoe collection). Crucially our client felt he had the perfect pad for his new life but one which still felt like home.
